CANCELLATION POLICY
For Spa Services and Private Yoga Sessions, 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
For Group Yoga classes, 2 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late Cancellations and No-Shows with Unlimited Yoga Memberships are subject to an $10 fee.
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full price for the reserved service.
**Please note - if you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, we encourage you to reschedule your class or treatment. If you test positive for Covid-19, please email us at lounge1881@gmail.com and we will work with you to retain your class credit until you are able to return.
