Take Flight! Beginning AcroYoga Workshop

Acro Foundations is a partner practice that integrates the art of yoga, acrobatics, and Thai Massage. Grounded in the breath, we explore partner flows and sequences to create a safe, fun-filled, heart-opening experience!

As we explore partner acrobatics with the support of a spotter, you will learn techniques to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness, all while playing and exploring new shapes. Be ready to literally lift other people up and find a new way to play and interact with friends in a safe space.
