
Vinyasa Flow
Integrating breath and movement, this class will deepen and strengthen your practice. Awaken your mind and body with this class. Together we will build strength, cardio and increase flexibility. Modifications and variations of poses will be given to create an Open Level practice. Aimed at seasoned beginners and regular practitioners.
Gentle Yoga
A gentle approach to an active yoga practice, this low-impact class is practiced at a slower pace with less intense positions, usually with extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation. This class is excellent for beginners as well as the experienced yoga practitioner.
Deep Stretch
This class is for all levels, focusing on deep stretching and flexibility. This class is designed to help you release stress and tension from your body and mind. Using the principles of Yin Yoga, each pose targets connective tissues and joints to increase flexibility and range of motion. These long-held poses create an increase of body awareness and an overall sense of physical and mental well-being.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow, soothing, and meditative style of Yoga. Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments in the body. It is slower, and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward. In this class, we hold mostly passive poses for longer than other types of yoga, about 3 to 6 minutes.
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga is a form of gentle yoga that is designed to complement the growing needs of a pregnant body during all three trimesters. The focus is on restorative poses that keep you safe while practicing movement, stretching, deep breathing, and mental centering. Prenatal yoga is about helping you prepare for childbirth by relaxing the body and focusing on safe techniques and poses in all stages of pregnancy.
Slow Flow Vinyasa
Using the structure and connection to breath of a Vinyasa Flow class, in Slow Flow Vinyasa we take more time. Moving slowly in and out of each pose, or asana, there is time to from a deeper connection and understanding with the poses. Poses are held for longer amounts of time, building strength and stability.

This class is excellent for beginners or anyone looking to deepen their practice or slow down.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a restful practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of Yoga. Using bolsters, blankets, and other props, your body is totally supported. Each pose is held for longer than other types of Yoga, normally 6 to 10 minutes. This gives the body time to deeply relax, restoring the body on a deep level.
Yoga Nidra Meditation
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditative journey through consciousness to an effortless state of being between wakefulness and deep sleep.
