Zach's yoga journey began in 2015 after ACL surgery. Despite a few physical therapy sessions, his leg remained weak due to unhealthy habits. Seeking solutions, he discovered hot yoga, igniting a transformative journey of self-discovery. This propelled him into exploring various yoga disciplines, where he found profound solace in the dynamic, flowing movements of Vinyasa.

Zach pursued teacher training at Revolution Yoga in 2019 in Rockville Centre, NY. This immersive experience not only deepened his affection for yoga but also unveiled the intricate layers of its philosophical, spiritual, and subtle benefits. Beyond the physical enhancements of strength, flexibility, and balance, yoga has fostered profound shifts in his attitude and perspective, equipping him with the risilience needed to confront life's myriad challenges. 

Zach's mission as a yoga teacher is twofold: to empower individuals to recognize their inherent capabilities and to guide them on a journey inward, towards the tranquil sanctuary nestled within their hearts. This quest for inner peace amidst the cacophony of the material world is a central tenet of his teaching philosophy.

Beyond the realms of yoga, Zach is passionate about holistic well-being, evidenced by his pursuits as a full-time massage therapy student and a fervor for activities such as weightlifting, basketball, bike riding, and Jiu Jitsu.
